RAS Construction and Project Management has a strict policy against bribery and any form of improper payments in all aspects of its business operations. This policy applies universally across all activities, whether involving government officials or commercial enterprises, and is in effect in every country where we operate.
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, kickbacks, and any improper payments made to gain a business advantage. Such actions can lead to severe consequences, including criminal prosecution, reputational damage, and other serious repercussions for both individuals and RAS Construction.
This policy applies to all members of RAS Construction, including employees, managers, agents, and intermediaries acting on behalf of the company. Every employee and manager is personally responsible for ensuring that RAS Construction’s operations are conducted ethically and in full compliance with applicable laws in each country where we do business. Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary actions, including termination of employment.
Improper payments prohibited by this policy include, but are not limited to, bribes, kickbacks, excessive gifts, or any other payments made to secure an unfair business advantage. However, reasonable and modest gifts or hospitality directly related to legitimate business activities are not considered violations, as long as they comply with local laws and company guidelines.
RAS Construction has implemented a comprehensive program to enforce this policy, which includes clear guidance and mandatory training for all relevant personnel. Divisional Managers, Project Heads, and Department Heads are ultimately responsible for ensuring the program’s success, with support from the company’s executive leadership.
This policy will be communicated to all employees via internal memos, and it is the responsibility of all staff to familiarize themselves with and comply with this policy. Additional information and resources will be made available to ensure full understanding and adherence to these standards.
